    项目慨况：HY-I型高效复合水泥添加剂项目，所生产的产品，为水泥工艺外加剂，属高新技术产品。获国家发明专利（专利号：ZL98110360.X),被中国立窑水泥研究会列为现代立窑20项新技术之一,获得山东省科技进步奖,列入国家科技型中小企业技术创新项目和2003年度国家火炬计划项目。该技术产品符合行业规定的有关标准，技术达到国内先进水平。该产品主要原料为有机和无机碱类、硫酸盐类化工产品。该产品主要作用为:1.生产高标号水泥；2.生产低碱水泥；3.大量利用工业废渣、节约资源、降低能耗、变废为宝、减少污染；4.提高水泥产量、质量、降低成本、改善水泥性能，具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。 

    项目内容：扩建年产10万吨“HY-I型高效复合水泥添加剂”生产线。 

    投资慨算：总投资1700万美元。 

    经济效益：年销售收入9800万元，年利润总额2000万元，税金2300万元。 

    合作方式：合资、合作，投资比例由双方协商确定。
