超塑化剂CS-SP1是一种专为预制混凝土工业设计的高性能聚羧酸系高效减水剂,能有效地提高混凝土的早期和后期强度。

超塑化剂CS-SP1与传统的由甲醛、萘磺酸缩聚而成的萘系和木质素磺酸盐减水剂是完全不同的,是一种新的完全不含甲醛的高性能聚羧酸系高效减水剂。与传统的萘系或三聚氰胺类高效减水剂以及第一代丙烯酸盐减水剂相比,超塑化剂CS-SP1在减水作用、早期强度增长等方面具有更优异的性能。

DESCRIPTION

CS-SP1 is a high performance polycarboxylate water-reducing admixture designed specifically for precast concrete and it can effectively improve the compressive strength of concrete at early and later ages.

The superplasticizer CS-SP1 is completely different from traditional formaldehyde or lignosulphonate based water-reducing admixtures. CS-SP1 is a new kind of high performance polycarboxylate water-reducing admixture without any formaldehyde. Superior to the earlier generation of acrylic-based copolymers, traditional melamine and naphthalene-sulphonate based water-reducing admixtures; CS-SP1 offers high efficiency in the areas of water reduction and strength increase at early age.

 

应用领域

应用超塑化剂CS-SP1的混凝土具有高工作度和高减水率,在新拌阶段易于施工,硬化后具有优异的力学性能。

超塑化剂CS-SP1尤其适用于预制混凝土,以及需高减水率和高早期强度的场合。由于能够在保持高工作性的同时有效提高早期强度的发展,超塑化剂CS-SP1也特别适用于制备自密实混凝土。

超塑化剂CS-SP1的主要应用于以下领域:

l         剪断锚索前最低强度为35MPa的预制先张梁的混凝土;

l         剪断锚索前最低强度为35MPa、并具有良好外观的预制屋面板的混凝土;

l         具超精细表面和良好外观的预制外挂板的混凝土;

l         在快速浇筑工艺中有流动性、抗离析、无需振捣的自密实混凝土;

l         低温、短期施工条件下对早期强度发展有高要求的混凝土。

 

WHERE TO USE

Concrete incorporated CS-SP1 has good workability and high water-reducing rate, easy to construct when freshly mixed and yielding excellent mechanical performance after hardening.

 

With high acceleration of compressive strengths at early age and high water reduction rate, CS-SP1 is particularly ideal for precast concrete and wherever such concrete performance is desired. Due to its ability in providing a high workability while increasing the strength development of concrete at early age, CS-SP1 is also especially ideal for preparing self-compacting concrete.

Main application fields of CS-SP1 are as follows:

l         Pre-stressed reinforced concrete beams with intensity no less than 35 Mpa after the anchor wire is removed;

l         Pre-stressed reinforced concrete roofing slabs with intensity no less than 35 Mpa after the anchor wire is removed along with an excellent surface finishing;

l         Precast cladding panels with hyperfine surface and good external appearance finishing;

l         Self-compacting concrete with good flowing property, segregation resistance and without vibration in process of fast casting;

l         Concrete has high requirement that its compressive strength should develop at early age in short period construct of low temperature.

 

技术特性

超塑化剂CS-SP1是高性能聚羧酸系水溶液,该减水剂可有效地分散水泥颗粒,并能有效提高混凝土的早期和后期强度。

 

超塑化剂CS-SP1的技术特性主要表现为以下几点:

l         保持相同工作度时,可减少用水量。增进强度,降低渗透性,并提高耐久性;

l         相同水灰比下,增大工作度;大幅度提高混凝土的早期和后期强度;

l         在相同水灰比与工作度下,减少水与水泥用量。其技术优势为低收缩﹑低徐变与低水化放热率。

 

因此,根据超塑化剂CS-SP1的掺量变化(水泥质量的0.5%~1.5%),混凝土能够达到提高强度,改善工作度,降低水泥用量等目的。

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

CS-SP1 consists of a water solution containing acrylic copolymers, which can efficiently disperse the cement particles and increase the compressive strength of concrete in early and later ages.

The dispersing ability of CS-SP1 can be used in the following four methods:

  • To reduce the amount of water while maintaining the same workability (in this manner, it is possible to increase the mechanical strength of concrete, reduce permeability, and increase durability);
  • To increase the workability while maintaining the same water-cement ratio;
  • To greatly increase the compressive strength of concrete at early and later ages;
  • To reduce both the water and the cement content while maintaining the same water-cement ratio and the same workability. Its technical predominance are low shrinkage, low creep and low heat release rate in hydration.

      Thus, by adjusting the dosage of CS-SP1 (0.5%-1.5%by weight of cement), the desired properties such as strength, workability, and water reduction of concrete can be obtained.


掺加方法


      与传统外加剂(萘系或木质素磺酸盐)越晚掺入,对水泥颗粒的分散效果越好相比,超塑化剂CS-SP1与拌合水一起加入混凝土(同掺法)就能达到最佳的分散效果。

 

APPLICATION

Unlike traditional admixtures(such as Naphthalene,Lignosulphonate etc.).whose dispersal action is most efficient when the addition of the mixtures to the mix is postponed.CS-SP1 always develops its maximum dispersal action whenever it is introduced into the concrete(at the start or at the end of the addition of the mixing water).
