超塑化剂CS-SX1与传统的由甲醛、萘磺酸缩聚而成的萘系和木质素磺酸盐减水剂是完全不同的，是一种新的完全不含甲醛的高性能聚羧酸系高效减水剂。与传统的萘系或三聚氰胺类高效减水剂以及第一代丙烯酸盐减水剂相比，超塑化剂CS-SX1在减水作用、可泵性和坍落度保持性等方面具有更优异的性能。
DESCRIPTION
CS-SX1 is a high performance polycarboxylate water-reducing admixture designed for high performance concrete (such as pumping,waterproofing,durability, high-strength) with high workability.
The superplasticizer CS-SX1 is completely different from traditional formaldehyde or lignosulphonate based water-reducing admixtures. CS-SX1 is a new kind of high performance polycarboxylate water-reducing admixture without any formaldehyde. Superior to the earlier generation of acrylic-based copolymers, traditional melamine and naphthalene-sulphonate based water reducing admixture, CS-SX1 offers high efficiency in the areas of water reduction, pump ability and slump retention.

应用超塑化剂CS-SX1的混凝土具有较高的工作度和较大的减水率，在新拌阶段易于施工，硬化后具有优异的力学性能。
超塑化剂CS-SX1尤其适用于长距离运输或泵送条件下需要高工作性、低工作度损失，同时具有较高的力学强度的场合。

WHERE TO USE
Concrete incorporated CS-SX1 has good workability and high water-reducing rate, easy to construct when freshly mixed and yielding excellent mechanical performance after hardening.
CS-SX1 is particularly ideal for applications that require prolonged workability and relatively early high mechanical strength.
Main application fields of CS-SX1 are as follows:
- High performance concrete ( waterproofing, durable, high mechanical performance );
- Pumping concrete with long distance transportation;
- Fresh concrete requires high mechanical performance and prolonged workability in high temperature or in long time transportation;
- Poor concrete with low cement amount;
- Massive concrete;
- Concrete with close-packed bars or not easy to vibrate;
- Precast concrete.
技术特性
超塑化剂CS-SX1是高性能聚羧酸系的水溶液，由于添加特殊组分它不仅能有效分散水泥颗粒并且能有效的提高混凝土的粘聚性和可泵性。
超塑化剂CS-SX1的技术特性主要表现为以下几点：
- 保持相同工作度时，减少用水量。增进强度，降低渗透性，并提高耐久性；
- 相同水灰比下，增大工作度；
- 有效提高新拌混凝土的和易性、粘聚性和包裹性，降低泌水率，增加可泵性；
- 在相同水灰比与工作度下，减少用水量与水泥用量。其技术优势为低收缩﹑低徐变与低水化放热率。
因此，调整超塑化剂CS-SX1的掺量变化（水泥重量的0.5%～1.5％），混凝土能够达到提高强度，改善工作度，长坍落度保持，降低水泥用量等目的。
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
CS-SX1 consists of a water solution containing acrylic copolymer which can efficiently disperse the cement particles as well as improve the adhesive performance and the pump ability of concrete.
The dispersing ability of CS-SX1 can be used in the following four methods:
l To reduce the amount of water while maintaining the same workability (in this manner, it is possible to increase the mechanical strength of concrete, reduce permeability, and increase durability);
l To increase the workability while maintaining the same water-cement ratio;
l To improve the workability, adhesive and encapsulated performance and pump ability of fresh concrete and at the same time to decrease bleeding rate;
l To reduce both the water and the cement content while maintaining the same water-cement ratio and the same workability. Its technical predominance are low shrinkage, low creep and low heat release rate in hydration.
Thus, by adjusting the dosage of CS-SX1 (0.5%-1.5% by weight of cement), the desired properties such as strength, workability improvement, slump retention, and cement decrease of concrete can be obtained.
掺加方法
与传统外加剂（萘系或木质素磺酸盐）越晚掺入，对水泥颗粒的分散效果越好相比，超塑化剂CS-SX1与拌合水一起加入混凝土（同掺法）就能达到最佳的分散效果。
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Unlike traditional admixtures(such as Naphthalene,Lignosulphonate etc.).whose dispersal action is most efficient when the addition of the mixtures to the mix is postponed.CS-SX1 always develops its maximum dispersal action whenever it is introduced into the concrete(at the start or at the end of the addition of the mixing water).
